Custom laser engraving by HC Decals

What You Get

Permanent marks that won't fade, peel, or rub off. Laser engraving is the gold standard for gifts, awards, and anything that needs to hold its message forever.

Permanent & Precise

The laser removes or discolors material at the molecular level — it doesn't fade, wash off, or wear out.

Multiple Materials

Wood, acrylic, leather, coated metals, glass, slate, tumblers, and more — one process, countless surfaces.

One-Offs & Bulk

A single gift, ten awards for the banquet, or 500 custom tumblers for a corporate event — all doable.

Quick Turnaround

Most engraving jobs turn around in 3–5 business days. Rush timelines are usually possible — just ask.

What We Engrave

If you can bring it through the door and it's not made of PVC, odds are we can put your logo on it.

Materials We Work With

  • Wood — cutting boards, plaques, signs, picture frames, pens, and boxes
  • Acrylic — awards, signage, display pieces, keychains, ornaments
  • Leather — wallets, belts, notebooks, patches, and bags
  • Coated metals — powder-coated tumblers, business cards, nameplates, ID tags
  • Glass & slate — wine glasses, mugs, serving boards, memorial stones
  • Anodized aluminum — dog tags, phone cases, tools, cookware
  • Paper & cardstock — wedding invitations, business cards, intricate die-cuts

Popular Items

  • Corporate awards and recognition plaques
  • Custom YETI & Stanley tumblers with logos
  • Engraved cutting boards and charcuterie sets (wedding + housewarming gifts)
  • Personalized pens, flasks, and business gifts
  • Pet tags, name tags, and ID plates
  • Trophy plates, scout awards, team recognition

Artwork & Personalization

Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) produces the sharpest results. For names or personalization, we can engrave variable data — meaning every piece in a batch can have its own name without extra setup. Great for wedding parties, corporate gifting, and event recognition.

Engraving Questions

Can you engrave on my own items?
Yes — we engrave customer-supplied items all the time. We'll just need to confirm the material is laser-safe (PVC, vinyl, and some plastics are not) and that it fits our bed. Ask us about anything unusual.
Can you engrave around a tumbler or bottle?
Yes — we have rotary attachments for round objects. Perfect for YETI-style tumblers, wine bottles, and drinkware. Design can wrap all the way around.
Does each piece in a batch have to be identical?
Not at all. We can personalize each piece — different names, dates, or numbers — at the same per-piece price as identical. Great for bridal parties, team gifts, and recognition programs.
Can you cut shapes too, not just engrave?
Yes — our lasers cut as well as engrave. We can cut custom shapes out of wood, acrylic, leather, paper, and more. Great for signage, ornaments, keychains, and custom parts.
What file formats work best?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf) produce the cleanest result. If you only have a raster file or photo, we can work from it but the result depends on quality — we'll let you know during proofing.
How much does engraving cost?
It depends on the item, engrave area, and quantity. Small items often start in the $10–20 range per piece. Send us what you have in mind and we'll quote it within the day.
