What You Get

Professional embroidery looks sharper and lasts longer than print. It's the finish businesses, clubs, and teams reach for when they want their logo done right.

Precision Stitching

Professional machines lay down crisp thread lines that hold up to years of wear — no fade, no cracking, no peeling.

4-7 Day Turnaround

Digitizing plus stitching is faster than most shops. Rush timelines are almost always possible — just ask.

Logo Digitizing Included

Your logo gets converted into a stitch file optimized for the fabric we're sewing on. That's included, not an upcharge.

Small Orders Welcome

Need one polo for the new hires? Twelve caps for the tournament? We handle small runs without surprise fees.

Embroidery Done Right

Good embroidery starts with a properly digitized file and the right stabilizer for the fabric. Here's what we do on every order.

When to Choose Embroidery Over Print

Embroidery gives apparel a premium, professional feel that screen print can't quite match. It's the right pick for dress shirts, polos, jackets, caps, and bags — anywhere you want the logo to look built-in rather than printed on. The stitches are three-dimensional, color-safe, and last as long as the garment itself.

It's especially popular for corporate uniforms, executive gifts, workwear that needs to survive Arizona summers, and anything that goes through a wash cycle often.

What We Embroider

  • Polos, button-ups, and oxford shirts
  • Work jackets, softshells, and fleece pullovers
  • Baseball caps, trucker hats, and beanies
  • Bags, backpacks, and duffels
  • Aprons, chef coats, and scrubs
  • Safety vests and hi-vis workwear
  • Towels, robes, and spa linens

Thread & Color Matching

We stock hundreds of polyester thread colors and can usually match your brand palette to a T. For critical brand colors we'll send a sewn-out sample before running the full batch, so there are no surprises.

Artwork Requirements

A clean logo file (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or high-res .png) is ideal, but we can work with what you have. Very small text and tiny gradients don't always translate well to thread — part of our job is telling you when a design needs to be simplified before it goes on a hat, and sending you a proof so you can approve the final look.

Embroidery Questions

Don't see yours? Just reach out and we'll walk you through it.

What's the minimum order for embroidery?
We do as few as 6 pieces. Embroidery scales well on small orders since each piece is sewn individually — no screens to make, no setup minimums that only pay off at scale.
Is digitizing an extra cost?
For most standard logos, digitizing is included. Very complex artwork or large designs may carry a small one-time setup fee — we'll let you know upfront before any work starts.
Can you embroider on hats?
Yes — we embroider on all standard cap styles including structured, unstructured, snapbacks, trucker, and beanies. Front, side, and back placement all available.
How small can you stitch text?
Around 1/4 inch tall on most fabrics. Smaller than that and detail starts to get lost. If your design has tiny text, we'll let you know and suggest adjustments during the proof stage.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
We carry a huge palette of thread colors and can match most brand colors closely. For critical PMS matches we can order specialty thread — just let us know what you need.
Can I bring my own garments?
Usually yes. Share what you're bringing in (brand, fabric, qty) so we can confirm the hooping works and your embroidery placement is feasible before you drop them off.
